The Student Affairs and Academic Support Technology Services team is dedicated to supporting the strategic priorities of the division and university. We do this by creating a collaborative, effective and efficient work environment aimed at being the technology experts supporting the division’s operations, serving students, faculty and staff. Our team is dedicated to providing professional expertise, developing and implementing policies and procedures and seeking continuous improvements throughout our division’s community and institution.

How We Support the University

The Student Affairs and Academic Support Technology Services team advances the university’s mission by delivering reliable, high-quality technology services that enhance both the student experience and operational effectiveness.

We align our work with divisional strategic priorities by developing solutions like the Student Reimbursement Portal, which simplifies and brings transparency to student financial processes, and SAAStix, our centralized ticketing and workflow system that standardizes service delivery, improves efficiency and enables data-informed decision-making across the Division of Student Affairs and Academic Support.
